Internet Overal and Aspider Solutions launch new Data MVNO

Internet Overal and Aspider Solutions launch a mobile data MVNO after signing the service agreement under which Aspider will accept responsibility for a substantial part of the MVNE services. Aspider Solutions is able to take on the task due to contracts it has with suppliers such as KPN Wholesale Mobile.
With the launch of Inernet Overal as data MVNO, a new milestone has been reached in the company’s goal to remain the ‘de facto’ MVNE in the Dutch market. We are extremely pleased to be able to service Internet Overal – a professional party that abounds with potential and that sets itself apart with its knowledge of the mobility market and its ability to key into the “new style of working”, according to Patrick Meijer, responsible for Sales & Corporate Development at Aspider Solutions Nederland.
With this move, Aspider is further strengthening its leading position in the Netherlands as MVNE. As such, Aspider acts, on the one hand, as the intermediary between the mobile network operators and the MVNOs and, on the other, as an outsourcing partner that carries out operational activities and supplies systems and processes required for an MVNO.
“Internet Overal is, as MVNO, the odd man out among the mainly speech-oriented MVNOs. After all, there were already plenty of companies involved in the mobile telephony market. First of all, Aspider can help expand and modernize the current 3.5G mobile data product line with new and mobile data SIM bundles that can be used internationally. In due time, Internet Overal will also offer its customers mobile speech data SIM propositions. With the modernization of its 3.5G portfolio, Internet Overal will be able to offer small and medium-sized businesses customized Mobile SaaS solutions. Internet Overal currently supplies ‘unified messaging & collaboration services’ to be used with laptops. With the addition of speech and roaming later in 2010, Internet Overal will also have access to the PDA and mobile-telephone user markets.

What does all of this mean for companies with international branches
• Mobility and security; From 2010, Internet Overal will offer virtual mobile workplaces with ‘unified messaging & collaboration services’ that can be upgraded with mobile speech solutions.
• International coverage; from 2010 customers will also be able to use mobile Internet and mobile telephone service abroad.
• Convenience and all-in-one; Internet Overal offers customers one-stop-shopping, customers will be offered complete mobile workplaces, including online applications (SaaS) and (remote) ICT support.
